Rest & Digest Monthly Retreat

A 3 hour Restorative Yoga retreat, mindful eating and delicious Plant Based Lunch.

A session for only 3 participants at my home in Blackmore offering a completely personalised experience.

Private Sessions

I can offer Private Sessions based on your individual requirements in the styles of Yoga in which I specialise.

These include: Gentle Hatha, Restorative, Nidra, Pregnancy and Strength (based on functional movement).

Dependant on session length and number of participants, minimum 1 hour, maximum 2 people at my home. Can travel to your location depending on distance.
