Yoga for all levels.

 

This Yoga for all levels class is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with a more experienced practice.

Wendy’s classes start gently and offer levels appropriate to each individual. If you have a regular practice, Yoga can help you to become more supple - but flexibility is not a requirement of the class! It is something to work towards.

The 6pm - 7.15pm class will offer a taste of breathing, moving, stillness, stretching and relaxation all based around Hatha Yoga.
