Gentle Yoga.
Live Stream classes on Thursday at 10am. The next 6 week block starts on Thursday 24th Feb 2022.
Wendy teaches Gentle Yoga, and her classes are for people who are wishing to improve their mobilisatiion, gain a gentle strength and have an opportunity to stretch out tightness in their bodies.
My approach is to offer a class that has levels of challenge, depending on what the individual is looking for, but not be be exhausting. You will find a class which is mindful, and full of opportunity to feel more into your body.
Lots of people worry that they can’t do Yoga because they are not flexible, and flexibility is one of many potential benefits - however, it is not required at all!
Gentle Yoga can be practiced by all body types, ages and abilities.
