Beginners Foundation Course.

This is a 10 week course for complete beginners to cover the basics when starting out in yoga, and to build your confidence ready to either enter into a face to face class or feel more confident in your group.

  • 10 x 1 hour classes.

  • Access for 12 months from joining date.

  • Suitable for all body types.

  • Flexibility and co-ordination is not required.
